In November 2022 (w/e 25-27 Nov), Matt Hill at the Systema Academy in Melksham, Wiltshire, hosts their annual November Seminar covering Natural Movement. The 3-day seminar focuses on a developmental approach to achieving natural, spontaneous & creative capability to movement.
