On adhoc (during our Summer recess) Tuesday evenings in the Paddock adjacent to the J. and B. Mobbs Suite, Otterbourne Village Hall, Cranbourne Drive, Otterbourne, Winchester SO21 2ES, we hold both a Systema Health and Well-being class for over 18’s only.& This is supplemented by our popular, now in their third year, Breathing and Relaxation Classes on-line – times vary during the summer recess but run either on Tuesday or Friday evenings from 18.45-19.45pm or Sunday mornings from 10.15-11.15am.

We are also looking from 2023 onwards, to hold 2-hour workshops on a Saturday once a month. These will cover a variety of themes mostly involving functionality, movement, breathing & and posture – PLEASE CHECK THE “EVENTS” PAGE FOR UP TO DATE INFORMATION.

Students will discover the benefits of using breath-work to establish fluid movement, improved structure and a reduction in tension; effectively immersing oneself within the very foundation of Systema. Systema is not just about physiology, but also the human psyche; if we learn to relax the body, we learn to relax the mind. Systema Health provides you the opportunity to both confront and manage stressful situations, that otherwise places stress upon the body’s functionary and skeletal systems.

They also embrace other sensitivities associated with improving primarily one’s functionality – namely motor skills, balance, massage, stretching, reactional speed and peripheral awareness.  The classes are always taught in a fun, engaging, but  progressive style whilst enhancing the potential for both improved health and well-being.
