CLASSES

PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE CURRENT CORONA-VIRUS PANDEMIC, WE ARE UNFORTUNATELY UNABLE TO HOLD CLASSES IN PERSON.

HOWEVER WE ARE NOW OFFERING ON-LINE CLASSES USING THE ZOOM APP DURING THIS LOCKDOWN. THESE CLASSES WILL INITIALLY TAKE PLACE ON SUNDAY MORNINGS (1015-1115am) and WEDNESDAY EVENINGS (1930-2030pm). SUNDAYS WILL FOCUS ON SYSTEMA BREATHING, WEDNESDAYS ON SYSTEMA HEALTH.

 

WE ASK EVERYONE TO KINDLY BOOK EACH CLASS BELOW*, USING THE BOOKING ENGINE -  NO LATER THAN 30 MINS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT.

 

* It is imperative you provide, upon completion of YOUR FIRST booking only, an e-mail to confirm your name & e-mail address. This helps us to provide you with the important e-mail link with which to join each video session. 

 

 

 

 

We currently provide between 5 & 6 structured classes per month – Breathing & Relaxation (Last Saturday) and Self Defence (every Wed). From 2020 this will be supplemented by a handful of 'Open' Workshops (Saturdays or Sundays), where the students decide what they wish to train on - these will be adhoc throughout the year - please consult the Events tab for full details where applicable.

 

Additionally, if you prefer training on a 1:1 basis then we also provide Systema Personal Training.

 

All students must currently be 18 or over. General sportswear and a drink is all you need to bring along.
