We currently provide between 5 & 6 structured classes per month – Breathing & Relaxation (Last Saturday) and Self Defence (every Tue). From 2019 this will be supplemented by half day Health Workshops (Saturdays or Sundays) which will be adhoc throughout the year - please consult the Events tab for full details when applicable.


Additionally, if you prefer training on a 1:1 basis then we also provide Systema Personal Training.


All students must currently be 18 or over. General sportswear and a drink is all you need to bring along.
